 Wellstar Health System - Cobb Hospital Women’s Center Renovation - Exterior Canopy
The project shall be to renovate approximately 15,000 sf of existing 2nd floor, 7,265 sf

of 3rd floor and 8,800 sf 4th floor of the Women’s Center to include 26 LDR & LDRP
Patient Rooms on 2nd floor, 26 Mother/Baby Rooms on 3rd floor and 20 Mother/Baby
Rooms on 4th floor.
Exterior Canopy

 Demolition the existing drive thru canopy and replace with matching
cantilevered steel and glass canopy to match main entrance.
 Provide new exterior signage to compliment main entrance.
